About Me

Hi, and welcome to my blog! My name is Ashley Seay, and I created this space to share my journey of living with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) and healing from trauma. If you’re here, chances are you or someone you love is struggling, and I want you to know—you are not alone.

For years, I felt like I was drowning in emotions I couldn’t control. The smallest things could send me spiraling, and I constantly questioned who I was and if I was even worthy of love. Relationships felt impossible, and I often pushed people away, even when I desperately wanted them to stay. It was exhausting, heartbreaking, and at times, I didn’t know if I could keep going.

But I did. And I’m still here, learning, growing, and finding ways to navigate life with more stability and self-compassion. Through therapy, self-discovery, and the unwavering support of those who never gave up on me, I’ve begun to understand myself in ways I never thought possible. Healing isn’t a straight path—some days are incredibly hard—but I’ve learned that it is possible, and I want to share that hope with you.

This blog is my safe space, and I hope it can be yours too. Here, you’ll find raw, honest stories about my experiences—both the victories and the struggles. I’ll share the coping strategies that have helped me, the lessons I’ve learned through therapy, and the moments of clarity that have made this journey worth it.

If you’ve ever felt broken, lost, or like no one truly understands what you’re going through, I want you to know that I see you. I get it. And I’m here to remind you that you are not alone in this.
